Bharathiraaja talks about Viswaroopam

Director Bharathirajaa has also come out in support of Kamal Haasan in the Vishwaroopam controversy. The veteran director in his statement has said that he didn't understand a majority of the members from the Kollywood circuit didn't come out in support of the actor, considering the gravity if the situation and the the presence of so many unions. A selected few have actually dared to speak out against the Government and in support of the senior actor. 

The director also expressed his anguish over the lack of unity and the self-centered attitude in the industry. He said that he considered this ban as a ban for all the artistes in the country. 

He also called Kamal Meesai Vaikaadha Bharathiyaar, as he has been daring to be different all the time and for raising valid issues and concerns through his movies. 

He appealed to the people of Tamil Nadu to come out in support Kamal Haasan in this issue and provide him justice. He also felt proud about Kamal for being a good Tamil artist.
