Senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde today said he had differences with Nitin Gadkari as to how to run the state party unit, but not "differences of heart".
Munde, who announced a tour of drought-hit areas of Maharashtra and launch of an agitation against the state government at Parli near here, said he was saddened by Gadkari losing out on a second term as BJP president.
"We differ over how to run the party, but we don't have differences of heart," Munde said, replying to a query.
The two BJP leaders from Maharashtra are known for their bitter rivalry.
Munde said he would take out a 'Sangharh-yatra' against the Congress-NCP government in Maharashtra.
