NORTH Korea has named the US as the principal target of its nuclear and long-range rocket programs in a bellicose statement that warned of a fresh nuclear test.
The family-run police state's statement came as the top US envoy for North Korea, Glyn Davies, speaking at a media conference in Seoul, urged North Korea to abandon plans for another atomic test.
